Lou Kenney has over 15 years experience working on editorial, marketing and commercial projects. She is the author of Dinner’s in the Bag, Foolproof Airfyer and Foolproof Veggie Airfryer (all published with Quadrille). Trained at the illustrious Ballymaloe Cookery School she is comfortable working solo or as part of a team. She has energy, drive and likes to get the job done.
She is passionate about food, farming and avoiding doing the washing up.
